Delicious Smoothie Recipe!


On humid days like this; a cool and refreshing drink is of the utmost importance. Try our InStyleBoys version of Mango and Blueberry smoothie.

According to SFGate, a fruit smoothie has great benefits. It nourishes your body and promotes good health. Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein and helps fuel the muscles. Soy milk has antioxidants and calcium. Mango is rich in vitamins A, C, minerals, and antioxidants. Mango aids the digestive system to run smoothly, because of the high fiber content and enzymes.  Blueberries are known to be one of the healthiest fruits (WHFoods) filled with antioxidants and vitamins. This smoothie is delicious and good for you too! Go ahead and take out that blender and get blending!  


Ingredients:

1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of mango chunks
1/2 cup of Soy vanilla milk
1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of honey
*you can add more honey if you like it a little sweeter
*we use frozen fruit- you can add ice if using non frozen fruit

Instructions:

Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a glass and...enjoy!
