Mommy Cooks Corner- Mini Chicken Pot Pies!
Check out this mini pot pie recipe, it's super easy, really delicious and a great lunch idea. Bon Appetit!
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can 14 oz of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of mixed green veggies(frozen)
1 cooked chicken breast diced or shredded
2 cans of biscuits (10 ounce) your favorite brand
1 Tbs of mrs dash onion and herb seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In large bowl, add all mixture, cheese, soup, veggies, breast and herbs and mix it all together
Lightly grease the cupcake pan
Place the biscuit dough in each cup, flattening the bottom and spreading it out on the sides, to leave room in the center to add the mixture.
Spoon the mixture, then place in oven for 15 mins. Once it's ready, let sit for 5 mins before serving. Super easy! Enjoy!
